Creamy Cole Slaw Recipe
Description: Creamy cole slaw is a popular dish in seafoods
and with summer meals.
BTW: Do you call it Cole Slaw, or Coleslaw? Either way, this recipe
is a good one!
Ingredients:

1 head of cabbage, shredded

2 carrots, shredded
-
3/4 cup mayonnaise
-
1/4 cup sour cream
-
2 tablespoons chopped onion
-
2 tablespoons sugar
-
1 tablespoon dry mustard
-
1 tablespoon white vinegar
-
2 teaspoons lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon celery seed
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Directions:

Shred cabbage and carrots into a large bowl. Shred finely, or more coarsely,
the way you like it.

Mix together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add the mixture to the cabbage. Mix well.

Cover and chill 1-2 hours before serving.
