Holiday Insights	French Salad Dressing Recipe
	Description: Make your own french dressing. It is quick and easy. If you grow your own tomatoes, and make homemade tomato paste, substitute 2/3 cusp tomato paste in place of the ketchup. Yield: about 3 cups French Salad Dressing Ingredients: 2/3 cup ketchup (or 2/3 cups tomato paste) 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon paprika 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste French Salad Dressing Directions: Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend together until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, and onions are finely chopped into the dressing. Chill and serve.
