Roquefort / Blue Cheese Salad Dressing Recipe

Description:  Making your own Roquefort or Blue Cheese salad dressing is a cinch. You're probably asking yourself "why didn't I make my own before!?" 

Yield: 1 cup


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 4 ounces Roquefort or Blue Cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons cream or half and half

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon minced onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon tobasco sauce

Note: You can leave out the tobasco sauce, if desired


Preparation Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.
