Cabbage Au Gratin Recipe Ingredients

4-5 cups cabbage, chopped

2 cups white sauce

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

Butter or margarine

1 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Boil cabbage in water until cooked.

  3. Drain cabbage.

  4. Butter the inside of a baking dish.

  5. Mix together the cabbage and white sauce.

  6. Pour cabbage and white sauce into the baking dish.

  7. Cover with grated cheese and then the breadcrumbs.

  8. Bake at 400° F for 25-30 minutes.

  9. Serve hot.
