Candied Carrots Recipe
Description: Candied Carrots are quick and easy to make. Kid's
love 'em. You can vary the proportions for big or small families, or groups.
Candied Carrot Ingredients:
Four large carrots (or 16 oz. package of baby carrots)
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons brown sugar
A sprinkle of parsley
Candied Carrots Preparation Directions:
Cut carrots into wheels
Boil carrots in water until soft.
Add butter or margarine. Stir in until completely melted.
Add brown sugar and mix together well.
Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle top lightly with parsley.
