Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cooked

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Directions:

  1. Break cauliflower into pieces.

  2. Cook cauliflower in boiling water. Keep warm.

  3. In a separate pan, saute garlic in butter for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add soup, and heat until bubbly.

  5. Place cauliflower onto a serving dish, or individual plates.

  6. Pour tomato soup over the cauliflower.

  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
