French Fried Cauliflower Recipe

Description: In this recipe, you take something that is good for you... cauliflower, and do something that is not good for you... fry it. But, it tastes ohh so good!

Yield: 6 - 8 servings


  • 4 cups cooked cauliflower flowerets

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup unseasoned bread crumbs

Preparation Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water until barely tender.

  2. Dip cauliflower into egg.

  3. Roll in bread crumbs.

  4. Fry until a golden brown.

  5. Drain onto paper towels.

  6. Serve by itself, with remoulade sauce, or horseradish sauce.
