Cooked Rappi Recipe

Description: Rappi, also called Broccoli Raab, is a favorite Italian garden green. If you like rappi, you will like this recipe. If you've never had rappi before, what are you waiting for!?

Serves: 4


Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tablespoon salt

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 cups rappi, chopped

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated romano cheese


How to Make Cooked Rappi:

  1. Bring water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and oil to a boil.

  2. Add rappi and boil until it is tender, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and drain rappi.

  4. Pour rappi into a serving dish.

  5. Top with cheeses.

  6. Serve hot.
