This sweet corn casserole recipe is quick and easy to make. And, Oh so good! For the best taste, use your homegrown sweet corn, and homemade creamed corn.

Corn Casserole Recipe Ingredients

 16 1/2  ounce can cream-style corn

 16 ounce corn kernels

 8 1/2 ounce box corn muffin mix

1 cup low fat sour cream

1 egg

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Coat a 13″ X 9″ baking dish with cooking oil spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
  4. Spoon contents into the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
