Garlic Smashed Potatoes Recipe
Description: This is a true garlic smashed potato recipe. Too may
recipes online and off, call for the potatoes to be peeled, and/or to mash
the potatoes smoothly. Smashed potatoes should not be peeled, and they should
be roughly mashed.

How to Make Garlic Smashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes (unpeeled) in water until soft.
Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
Use a knife to cut pieces a little to make mixing easier.
Add butter, milk and parsley flakes.
Add minced garlic.
Use a mixer to mash the potatoes to a lumpy slightly lumpy consistency.
Place a dollop of smashed potatoes on a plate and lightly sprinkle
sesame seeds on top.
