Leeks Au Gratin Recipe
Description: This is an old fashioned recipe that never goes
out of style. Quick preparation and cooking time.
Serves: 8 people
Tip: Try different types of cheeses, if you prefer.
Wash and trim leeks.
Cook leeks in boiling salt water until tender.
Drain and arrange leeks on a buttered baking dish.
Pepper leeks to taste.
Sprinkle grated cheese over leeks.
Heat under broiler until cheese is melted.
Tip: Heat on the grill with the cover closed, for a slightly smoky
