Cinnamon Onions Recipe Ingredients
6 onions
ground cinnamon
butter or margarine softened
Recipe Directions
- Peel onions.
- Cut off both ends of the onion.
- Boil onions in salted water until just starting to get tender.
- Drain and place onions on a greased baking dish.
- Use a knife to almost quarter onions, to open them up.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Dot with butter or margarine
- Bake in the oven at 350 ° F for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
