Peas with Cheese Recipe
Description: This recipe is quick and easy to make. Use cheddar
or American cheese. The kids prefer American.
Yield: 8 servings
Cook peas in boiling water until peas are tender.
Add salt, pepper and milk. Stir to mix.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until cheese has melted.
Tip: You can easily cut this recipe in half for smaller, groups.
