Potato Carrot Mold Recipe
Description: This is a very, very old recipe. It's still around,
because people like it.
Yield: 4 servings
Peel potatoes and carrots.
Boil in salt water until tender.
Mash carrots and potatoes together.
Add milk, butter, sat and pepper.
Beat until fluffy.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees, until top is browned, about 20 - 25 minutes.
Warm tomato sauce in microwave.
Serve with tomato sauce.
