Paprika Browned Potatoes Recipe

Description:  Paprika is a very mild hot pepper. It puts just a little zip into browned potatoes.

Serves: 4-5

Paprika Browned Potatoes Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes

  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine

  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

How to make Paprika Browned Potatoes:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

  2. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch slices.

  3. Brush both side of potato slices with melted butter.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together corn flakes crumbs, paprika, salt and parsley.

  5. Roll potato slice in mixture to coat.

  6. Bake in an uncovered casserole dish for 1 1/4 hours.
