Paprika Browned Potatoes Recipe
Description: Paprika is a very mild hot pepper. It puts just
a little zip into browned potatoes.
Paprika Browned Potatoes Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
3 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
How to make Paprika Browned Potatoes:
Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees.
Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Brush both side of potato slices with melted butter.
In a separate bowl,mix together corn flakes crumbs, paprika, salt and parsley.
Roll potato slice in mixture to coat.
Bake in an uncovered casserole dish for 1 1/4 hours.
