Pumpkin Banana Pancakes Recipe

This recipe adds a little banana, for a flavor that blends well with pumpkin
flavor. Try this pumpkin pancake recipe for your family, and they will be

Makes: 12-16 pancakes
||All Purpose Flour
||Pumpkin puree fresh cooked or canned
||Salt (use less if on a low sodium diet)
Combine dry ingredients and spices in a bowl.
In a second bowl, whisk together, pumpkin puree, egg yolks, milk, and vegetable
Stir wet ingredient into dry ingredients.
Use a mixer to beat egg whites until peaks form. Then, fold them into the

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of batter onto a greased griddle.
Place 3-5 banana wheels onto the pancake. Flip pancake when browned, and
cook bottom side.
Serve with syrup.
Tip: For a quicker meal, use pancake mix(boxed), versus a homemade
recipe. But, don't forget to add the bananas!
