Perfect Pumpkin Pie Recipe
The Fall holidays are here. You don't want to just make a pumpkin pie. Rather,
you want to make the Perfect Pumpkin Pie. Here's how......................
Pumpkin Pie Ingredients:
1- 15 oz. can of pumpkin (2 cups)
1- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1- 9 inch unbaked pie crust
9-inch unbaked pie crust shell
How to Make the Perfect Pumpkin Pie:
Preheat oven to 425 ° F.
In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt.
Whisk until smooth.
Put pie shell crust into an ungreased pie pan.
Pour pumpkin into pie shell.
Bake at 425 ° F for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 ° F, bake for and additional 35-40 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
TIP: Cover crust only with foil, if (before) it begins to get too
