Romaine lettuce is one of our family favorites. Here’s a romaine lettuce salad recipe that’s sure to please.
Yield: six servings

1 head of romaine lettuce
1 bunch of leaf lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, cut into slices
6 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup French dressing
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 cup Croutons
Clean lettuce thoroughly and wrap it in paper towels to absorb moisture.
Tear Romaine and leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Place lettuce into a large salad bowl.
Add tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and scallions, and toss them together.
Pour French dressing onto the salad.
Sprinkle tarragon onto the salad.
Toss salad again to mix.
Add croutons on top of the salad or serve it on the side.
