Description:  Spaghetti squash is still a bit unique, for both gardeners and cooks. Try this recipe with your family. Kids like the novel idea of eating this "spaghetti".

Serves: 4

  • 1 1/2 cups Spaghetti Squash, cooked and fluffed

  • 8 ounces Cheddar cheese  **

  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

** If serving to kids, you can substitute American cheese or create your own blend of cheeses.

Preparation Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.

  2. Cook spaghetti squash by baking in the oven for about 30 minutes.
