This spinach dip recipe goes great on just about any cracker, although my favorite is Triscuits. And, this recipe is very easy to make, too.

Today’s Quote: “Well done is better than well said.” – – Benjamin Franklin
2 packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
2 Tablespoons minced onion (red or white)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon salad herbs
2 – 3 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
Crackers
First, drain all water from the spinach. Set on paper towels to absorb as much water as possible.
Next, place spinach in a bowl with all spices.
Then, mix it together with a fork.
Add mayonnaise and mix together.
Served chilled with your favorite crackers
