Spinach with Egg and Bacon Salad Recipe
Description: Popeye the sailor would just love this delicious and
nutritious spinach salad. And, so will you!

Medium to large bowl of fresh garden spinach (or 1 store bought package),
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced and quartered
6 fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
3-4 strips of fried bacon, crumbled
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
How to Make Spinach with Egg Salad:
Add together all salad ingredients, except bacon, croutons, and onion slices.
Sprinkle bacon pieces onto the salad.
Top with red onion slices and croutons.
Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over entire salad or individual bowls just before serving.
Tip: You can also use this dressing on any other salad greens.
