Tomato 'n Beef Casserole

This is a quick and easy, hearty meal for the family. It's easy on your budget, too.

Yield: about 5 cups.

Tomato 'n Beef Casserole Ingredients :

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles

  • 1 cup corn or peas

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley

Preparation  Directions:

  • Brown beef and chopped onions in a large pot..

  • Remove from heat, and drain excess fat.

  • Mix 3/4 of the shredded cheese, and all remaining ingredients with the beef and onions.

  • Pour ingredients into a casserole dish.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  • Serve warm.
