Tossed Green Salad Recipe
There's all sorts of ways to make and serve salad greens. You can put almost
anything into them. They taste best when the veggies come straight from your
home garden. This is a basic recipe. Add other vegetables, as you desire.
Yield: 4 servings
1 quart assorted salad greens, washed and torn
1/3 cup french dressing
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup salad croutons
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
Place salt greens into a large serving bowl.
Mix Parsley into french dressing.
Pour dressing over salt greens.
Top with croutons and parmesan cheese.
