Homemade Wheatgrass Juice Recipe
You can make your own healthy, homemade organic Wheatgrass juice. It's easy!
Homemade Wheatgrass juice is fresh, and can save you lots of money. Here
is a basic recipe for making wheatgrass juice. You can alter the recipe,
adding other ingredients, if you prefer. Just make certain that anything
you put into is it organic.
Wheatgrass Juice Ingredients:
(1) Vary the quantity, depending upon your taste. Use 2 cups, if you like
a strong taste, or up to 3 cups for a weaker taste.
How to Make Wheatgrass Juice:
When blades are 8 - 10 inches long, cut them 1/2 inch from the ground.
Wash wheatgrass blades.
Roughly chop blades.
Put 1/2 cup of chopped wheatgrass into a blender.
Add 2 - 3 cups of water.
Blend on highest speed for 1 minute.
Cover a strainer with a piece of cheesecloth.
Strain wheatgrass through the cheesecloth.
Squeeze juice of one lemon into the wheatgrass juice, and stir.
Serve chilled or on ice.
