Homemade Cornbread Recipe

Pre-heat oven to 400 ° F.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In a second bowl, combine milk, egg and vegetable oil. Stir together.
Add the liquid mix to the dry ingredients. Stir together just enough to mix.
Pour batter into a greased 8" X 8" baking pan.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or the top is slightly browned.
Serve warm or cool.
