Spinach Dip Recipe
From the Kitchen of: Beverly Hicks, Greenwood, S.C.
Description: This spinach dip goes great on just about any cracker,
although my favorite is Triscuits.
2 packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
2 Tablespoons minced onion (red or white)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon salad herbs
2 - 3 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
How to Make Spinach Dip:
Drain all water from spinach. Set on paper towels to absorb as much water
Place spinach in a bowl with all spices.
Mix together with a fork.
Add mayonnaise and mix together.
Served chilled with your favorite crackers
